Renovations/Scheduled Projects

SCHEDULED PROJECTS:  

• SOFFIT REPLACEMENT - The soffit replacement work is on hold due to the hurricane damage throughout Florida.  No estimated date of resumption at this time. 

• 2025 MAINTENANCE WEEK CLOSURE - All Oceanview units will be down from 9/21/2025-10/3/2025.   The entire Resort will be closed from 9/28/2025-10/3/2025.  The Resort will re-open on 10/4/2025 at 10:00 A.M.

• SOFT GOODS UPGRADE - Guest bedroom window treatments will be updated at the end of April.
• TENNIS COURTS – The tennis court posts repairs will be done end of April.

COMPLETED PROJECTS:

• The Guest bedroom has been upgraded with new art, mirrors, lamps and bedding.
