Renovations/Scheduled Projects

SCHEDULED PROJECTS:  

• 2023 MASTER BATHROOM RENOVATIONS - We will continue our Master Bathroom tub and shower renovations with the following dates in place: 4/13/2024 - 5/11/2024.  There will be noise from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. while we complete the work. 

• 2024 ANNUAL MAINTENANCE WEEK - The Resort will be closed for our annual maintenance week starting September 28th 2024 and will reopen on October 5th 2024.

COMPLETED PROJECTS:

• TIKI SHADE STRUCTURE:  We installed a large tiki shade structure on the pool deck.   

• MASTER BEDROOM UPGRADES:  All King mattresses were replaced in the master bedrooms.  New bedding, artwork, lamps and window treatments were installed.
